Workout More, Sleep Better

Today’s workouts were a few more Calories than yesterday, so tonight’s sleep should be a little better than last night’s.

The workouts consisted of: 10K rowing @ 2:14 pace and 177 Calories on SkiErg @ 2:25 pace.
