Tweaking The HR Zone

Today’s 10K was like yesterday’s but the HR zone was increased to be from 138 to 150 BPM.

The glitches in the early part of the HR graphs were due to hardware, not heartware – the heart strap wasn’t quite moist enough at the beginning.
