A Minimalist Workout Day

Today’s workout was a bare minimum of aerobic activity.

Today’s workout time was limited.

I managed to get one workout done, first thing in the morning.

Minimal turned out to be 200 Calories in about 17 minutes on the SkiErg.

Each Calorie felt good, as it slipped by on the SkiErg monitor.
