Today’s ride on Zwift was called “Watopia’s Waistband” and it was supposedly about 17.1 miles but by the time I finished, the distance showed to be about 18 miles.
Today’s ride was easy like yesterday’s but without any stops for breaks. It lasted about 30 minutes and can be viewed at this link: Zwift Island Loop in Watopia at easy pace.
Today’s ride was a few miles… somewhere between 10 and 14… on Zwift. The link for anyone who would like to view the ride is here: Tick Tock disconnected group ride on Zwift.
Today’s workout was after 2 days of rest. It consisted of about 5K each, at an easy pace, on SkiErg and RowErg plus some riding on Zwift. Part of the riding on Zwift was called Champs Elysees and this link is to a screen recording of it.
Because the first Zwift ride was so brief, I did a second easy ride on Zwift using the Paris Letuce Express route which you can access in this link: Letuce Express
Today’s bicycle riding was less than 30 minutes because I felt a bit tired.
The Zwift app says I should take days off from riding, but I think that’s only necessary if a person does higher energy riding. My rides are low or lower energy and they seem fine, as far as the results.
The total workout also included about 3,000 meters each, on RowErg and SkiErg, while listening, for the first time ever, to a reading of The Book of Enoch.
Today’s workout time was spent with about 3K each on Row and Ski ergs, followed by about 30 minutes of Zwift, riding this route: Yorkshire, Duchy Estate. There seemed to be some kind of a race happening but the non-racers like myself didn’t disturb it.
Today’s workout time was similar to but shorter than yesterday’s: A couple of easy 10 minute pieces on Ski and Row ergs followed by an easy 30 minutes on Zwift.
The Zwift session is available for viewing or riding along with at this link Zwift easy half hour.
