Trying a Couple of Shorties

Sprint lanes.

Today’s focus was a couple of 100 meter sprints, one each on SkiErg and rowing machine. Each was finished almost as soon as it started. The focus workout for today’s screen recording was the 100 meter rowing sprint. I aimed for a pace of about 1:55 for 80 meters and then a little faster the last 20 meters. Short but fun. It was an experiment that left room for improvement. The screen recording includes warmup and warm down.
