Judging by the descriptive details for today’s rowing session, it seems that it was supposed to be a hard session. But it was another case of contradiction between the description and the heart rate zone boundaries. The HR zone boundaries could only be complied with by rowing easy. I didn’t totally stay within the HR zones where applicable (no HR zones for the two 500 meter sprints) but mostly did.
The pattern for today’s session was 2x500r750 done within a total distance of 10K. There was another 2,750 meters of warmup/down.
