Offline Again Today But Online Tomorrow

Yesterday’s session was skipped due to undue procrastination.  Not that any amount of procrastination is ever warranted or appropriate.  So after today’s session was finished I looked at tomorrow’s online schedule.  Surprise!  Someone had scheduled an online 5K at a convenient time tomorrow morning.  So… hopefully tomorrow’s will be online.  It’s scheduled for 1330 (1:30 pm) GMT which is 08:30 local time tomorrow morning.  If you read this in time, join in!

Rowing In Roily Heart Rate Zones

Today’s rowing session graphs are pretty if you like chaos.  The entire session was troubled with irregular heartbeat which went away an hour or two after the rowing session was over.

Short But Sweet

Today’s rowing session was short due to time constraints.  The pace was easy/just right for how I felt, so I call it “sweet”.  The calories associated with sweetness of a rowing session are non-fattening.  In fact, they are de-fattening.
