Mental Effort High For Smooth Rowing

Does she have a headwind or is it a tailwind making the water so sloppy?

Today’s training session was 4x1500m within a distance of 10K. Warmup/down meters totaled another 1,250 meters. The session details asked for high mental effort which would have resulted in smoother graph results.  But I was focused more on the TV, so my results were quite sloppy today, though I did manage to keep the stroke rating within the guidelines of 18-22.

I complied with all the training details except the part calling for high mental effort. Instead of focusing on the rowing, I paid too much attention to what was on TV and the result was a sloppy graph (see last image, for the graph)

The lack of attention shows, with the sloppy graph of pace in the bottom graph.

Happy rowing to you.
