Today’s workout was about 3K each on Concept2 RowErg and SkiErg, followed by about 11 easy miles bicycle riding on Zwift.
Because I didn’t want to race and possibly stir up atrial fibrillation again, I chose to just ride a route. Today’s route was called Going Coastal and you can view it at the link behind this sentence.
