Today’s distance was chosen to match that of what training partner DN rowed on June 13th. It was preceded by a 750 meter warmup.

Today’s distance was chosen to match the distance of training partner FR which he rowed on June 11th. A 750 meter warmup was done first.
Today’s rowing session was totally free of “Nuisance Complications” as had been experienced during all of yesterday’s session.

Today’s session was 3,566 meters. That distance was chosen because it is the distance one of my training partners rowed on June 9th.

Today’s distance of 2,399 meters was chosen to match the distance rowed by one of my training partners who rowed it on June 8th. It is a prime number so the RowPro 5 for the Mac session was not divided into splits.
The session was preceded by a 750 meter warmup. During the last third of the main session distance, pace was increased a bit so as to raise heart rate to around 130 BPM.

Today’s session was 1,963 meters preceded by a 750 meter warmup.
A note about the Apple Watch: It did a lousy job of monitoring heart rate during this session. Most of the time it displayed a heart rate that was around 70 BPM even though the Polar heart strap, which is accurate, reported HR averaging well over 100 and as high as between 125 and 130. The Apple Watch was “fake news” as far as what it reported as you can see in the watch screenshot below:

Today’s rowing session distance was chosen to match the distance rowed yesterday by one of my training partners, 3,485 meters.
Everything went well until the remaining distance counted down to about 1,200 meters and then heart rate became irregular. So I slowed down a bit but HR didn’t get regular until an hour or more after the session ended.

Today’s choice of rowing session distance was arrived at by summing up the distances rowed by one of my Concept 2 online logbook “training partners” which she rowed for the previous two days.
I’m currently letting her be my inspiration to row, by using something involving times or distance of her recent rowing sessions.
The distance amounted to 5,226 meters. I started out at the easiest pace of the session and made the pace slightly less easy as the session progressed. All-in-all, it was an easy session from start to finish and heart rate rapidly recovered during the two minutes immediately after the 5,226 meters were completed.
The session was divided into 26 consecutive splits and a screen recording was made, which is available for row-along at this link: Indoor Rowing 5226 meters 06062018
Happy rowing to you.
Today’s distance was chosen because it was the distance rowed yesterday by one of my training partners, who rowed it while she had RowPro 5 for the Mac in “just row” mode.
3023 meters happens to be a prime number so if you have read anything I said about RowPro 5 for the Mac having a bug show up if it tries to split a distance into unequal splits, you might have guessed why I did it all in one split.

Today’s session was divided into three splits as far as RowPro 5 for the Mac reporting was concerned. For each of the splits, the pace was slightly increased, from first to last split.

Today’s choice of rowing distance was arrived at by adding the two most recent distances rowed by one of my training partners.
