30 Minutes Better Than Yesterday’s

Today’s heart behavior and rowing experience was better than yesterday’s.
Yesterday’s session. Same time, sloppier heart behavior and fewer calories because I had to row slower yesterday to keep HR from going too high.

There were several erg workouts today in order to reach today’s total activity calories goal.

As the title says, this screen recording is of an online 30 minute rowing session. There were several others in the session. The others rowed at a faster and more constant pace. I rowed intervals, alternating one minute intervals with one minute active rests. Today’s 30 minute session screen recording included the following 10 minute warm down.
